List in-app announcements, newest first. Returns items (announcement_id, title, body, published_at, status, hidden_at) and total_count. There is no has_more: raise --page until you have read total_count items. Hidden and archived announcements are left out.

updates:hide-all-active
Hide every active announcement you have not already hidden, for you only. Returns hidden_count, the number newly hidden (0 when all were already hidden). Nothing is archived or deleted; restore one at a time with updates:unhide.
updates:unhide
Show a hidden announcement in your updates list again. Returns {success: true}, also when it was not hidden; an unknown announcement_id is a 404.
