Commit an artifact attachment from --metadata-file or the inline --name/--media-type/--notes/--tags flags.
hosted:artifact:get
Get one artifact's record by id (type, title, `note`, `storage_url`, metadata). It returns the record, not the file's bytes: read them separately from `storage_url`.
