hosted:artifact:get
Get one artifact's record by id (type, title, `note`, `storage_url`, metadata). It returns the record, not the file's bytes: read them separately from `storage_url`.

Commit detaching an artifact from its node or edge.
hosted:artifact:list
List a node's artifact records (type, title, `note`, `storage_url`, metadata). By default one page of up to --limit records (default 50, at most 200) from --offset (default 0), with `total` and `has_more`; read the next page by raising --offset by --limit. With --all it reads every page itself and prints `artifacts` and `node_revision`, as the MCP tool does, without `node_id`, `total`, `offset`, `limit` or `has_more`. It returns records, not file bytes.
